For some days now, when I try to update the EMS shipments receive the following message:
"Failed to load Captcha code"
Obviously the Captcha does not appear and you can not update the status.
The strange thing is that it does not always happen, sometimes you see Captcha.
The same problem can be reproduced on the Web Packetracer.

From this year EMS China has updated their tracking service, and new captcha service.
I found also that sometimes the new servie is busy and can not download captcha image. I will check it again, but if it is EMS problem, i could not improve the procedure. sorry~~
I've also noticed that the site EMS China has a batch operation by the beginning of the year.
But I hope it's a temporary problem, and I trust that you will find a solution.
I have tested many applications for the tracking of shipments; Packetracer I bought, because I think it is the most complete and synchronize with the web interface is very useful in my opinion.

I have checked logs today, and today EMS seems works fine, not so many captcha problem.
Did you still get same problem often?
