再三权衡之下，决定以IP限制下载次数，替代之前以单个用户限制下载次数。
迫不得已，只是服务器第N次被少数比较性急的用户搞崩溃了，之前限制一天单个用户下载次数，可还是注册无数新id同一时间下载。本来这么做是避免服务器在短时间（几分钟）内处理大量请求，这样很容易内存不足导致崩溃，影响其它无辜用户下载。虽然这样做会影响少数来自同一ip的用户，比如校园网，小区网，但是总比服务器down了，大家都无法下载好。
本站非盈利站点，暂无多余资金投入购买大内存主机，还请大家见谅。
