I probably have explained badly.
I added the two "raccomandata" in the program reported in the previous post, unfortunately the application continues to report "found no results."
If I do the same search directly on the site indicated I get the results shown.
One question the site accepts the date format dd/mm/yyyy, you're sure to send in this format?
I have the same problem with Packetracer Web:
